Preventative healthcare

We firmly believe that preventative healthcare is the key to keeping your pet healthy and happy, pre-empting illness wherever possible, and nipping problems in the bud as and when they do arise.

That’s why we offer unlimited free consultations with our vets and nurses as standard to all of our Pet Health Club members.

Preventative healthcare services we offer include:

Pricing

We’re proudly independent and use that freedom to make the best choices for our clients, whether that’s becoming employee-owned, earning B Corp status – or being as transparent as we can be about our prices.

One big service that our independent status allows us to spotlight is our Pet Health Club.

Not only do members have their yearly veterinary fees broken down into 12 monthly payments, but our offer of unlimited consults with our vets and nurses means that you have the time to talk to us about different treatment options and the best action for you and your pet without worrying about being on the clock.

In this way, we hope you can sleep easy knowing that your special friend will receive unlimited care, value and expert advice throughout their life.

Some surgeries and other complex procedures are difficult to accurately price in advance as circumstances can change quickly and our patients’ lives can be at stake.

However, we’ve been working to make as many of our prices as possible fixed and will continue to look at how we can make this area of our practice as transparent and easy to understand as possible.
