What to expect during a heart scan?

This video explains what happens when your pet comes in for a heart scan. The process is the same for both cats and dogs and is a day procedure. When an abnormal sound is heard when listening to your pet’s heart, the first step is to perform a heart scan. This will enable us to see what type of heart disease your pet has and if any medication is required to improve your pet’s quality of life.
