After the Prime Minister’s instructions last night, we thought we would update you on all the changes we will be putting into place.
As always, we will continue to offer the best advice and treatment recommendations we can, as your pet remains our priority. This will be done via video consultations through our PetsApp.
We have over the last several days begun to minimise our staff within the building. From Wednesday morning our Borough Green, Langley Park, and Allington branches will be closed.
We do ask you to consider the following;
- We will be unable to offer any routine appointments.
- We will only be performing surgery on essential cases.
- Repeat medication requests will be dealt with ideally via our PetsApp (petsapp.com/pennard) or by phone if not possible.
By working together, we can slow and limit the spread and impact of COVID-19 on our loved ones and our medical colleagues.
